The most important aspect of maintaining your septic system is regular pumping. Mountain Septic will remove the waste and sludge from your septic tank to keep your septic tank working efficiently.

Septic Inspections

Septic inspections are required for any property owner to sell their property here in Southwest Colorado. Septic inspections help detect leaks, broken baffles, or any issues that may be occurring in your septic system. Mountain Septic recommends that you have an inspection every 2 to 3 years to catch any defaults and avoid a costly disaster.

San Juan Basin Health Transfer of Title Application Fee

Paperwork is just that: Work. But let us do the work! The application for SJBH must be submitted with all Transfer of Title paperwork. Mountain Septic can collect this fee and submit it all at once. 100% of your payment is remitted to San Juan Basin Health.

Safety is our #1 concern. In the event of poor weather conditions, Mountain Septic from time to time needs to chain up our tires to access your property safely.

Riser Information

Risers will need to be installed if your ports are not above grade. Riser pricing will depend on the port size and how deep your tank is below ground. Keep in mind that Risers are subject to a 4.9% sales tax.

Labor

Our pumping fees are based on our technicians’ accessibility to all ports on the septic tank. Don’t want to dig up your septic ports? We can do that! Labor is billed in 15-minute increments at $165 per hour.
